Petra Diamonds Ltd. said Friday that it has sold diamonds for $110.5 million at the fourth tender cycle of the fiscal year.
The mining company said that it has closed sales for around 80% of the tender's volumes, with 589,168 carats being allocated at an average price of $188 per carat.
No exceptional stones were sold, and the remaining 20% of the auction's volumes is scheduled to close on or around March 7.
The company holds seven tenders a year.
Shares at 0854 GMT were up 3.1% at 100.0 pence.
